The American and Canadian divisions tasked our creative team with not just a redesign of the current site but a brand reinvigoration to regain customer loyalty. This involved an A to Z rethink of visual design, voice, user experience, and use of new technology, extending the experience beyond the desktop to dealer floors, events and company initiatives. The redesigned site became the launching pad for all online and offline brand communications. The full account was also consolidated under Questus as "agency of record".
